What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Use diagnostic tools and service information systems
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Stay current with evolving automotive technology
QualificationsÂ
A TECH
5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with modern scan tools and vehicle systems
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based shop environment
Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work
ASE certifications preferred (not required, but we'll support you getting them)
Subaru experience a plus but not required
B/C TECH
1+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
